UPSF wishes to see people with polio fully participated in the overall social, economic and political situation with their rights and dignity.
To help organize the National Associations of Persons with Disability to build their capacity for persistence struggle for the well-being of their respective members for the betterment of life with sustainable development.
Promote the day-to-day life interaction of people with polio towards the right -based approach than being left in charity model through various participatory community development program/projects.
